Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving the order confirmation email. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled; see Refund for more information
- Domestic Shipping: 1-2 business days
- GCC Shipping: 3-5 business days

- For order modifications, contact us immediately at support@uboyo.com. We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes before shipping due to high order volume.
- Review your order carefully before submission. If you notice any errors, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
- Provide accurate shipping information to avoid failed deliveries. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs due to incorrect information.
- If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment. A replacement fee may apply.
